- Russian women are always examined in the context of family. They were the best and progressive-minded mothers, and they bore on themselves the concern about the family, and therefore government gave to them different "privileges", which actually were the civil/civilian rights of women. There is a fear that, if female rights are not guaranteed by constitution, then relation to the women will remain only as to the mother of family and mistress of house.
- In 1991 Russian women lived in the patriarchal state, which shielded them. - Violence in the family concerns a large quantity of housewives, and the large quantity of women test sexual oppressions especially at the work sites. Concerning the reproductive rights of women, one of the tasks of national system to ensure planning family with the aid of the consultations, the sexual formation and the information relative to the reproductive health of women.
- One of the main problems, which the women encounter - a deficiency in the specialized information about the abortions and the absence of the centers of planning family in the rural regions. There is a deficiency in the adequate national mechanism for the solution of female problems at the government level, and, where it exists, then are examined women, mainly, in their old and traditional role - mother.
- One of the most interesting and promising special features in Russia today - the high speed expansion of female motion. According to the appearances of participants, in Russia it is already more than 400 female public organizations these NPO work in different regions and acquire the specific weight, however, between them there is not real collaboration. Female groups and NPO freely express their views relative to all problems and have great interest in all political questions.
